The club will be closed on Sundays for the summer. Look for us to reopen on Sunday afternoons in October.

Our mission is to provide our members a complete and professional fitness experience in a fun, friendly atmosphere. We will give our members the opportunity to learn and apply scientifically based principles of fitness and wellness on state-of-the-art equipment. Building on the inherent connection between health and fitness, we will help our members integrate knowledge and practice to deepen their sense of self-esteem, self-motivation and self-fulfillment.
